ActiveCampaign is a sales and marketing tool aimed at small businesses. I was lucky enough to work with one of ActiveCampagin's very talented designers to create a banner ad campaign promoting their new mobile tool. With the majority of their customer base being small business owners, we wanted to create a banner that emphasized the new functionality to use the tool from anywhere.

While at ActiveCampaign, I got to work on the rollout of the company's machine learning tool. One of the projects was creating a webpage with the goal of educating prospects on the product and funneling them into the sales pipeline.
At the time of publishing, machine learning was still a fairly new capability and I wanted to really drive home the benefits and the "how" behind it. Below the hero section and first CTA, I focused on the benefits and capabilities of the tool.
However, with machine learning being a buzzy term, I wanted to show a clear example to drive home the benefit statement, so I created a scannable, real-world example of how the tool could be used and how it could help the customer convert more business.
We created a web page to accompany the banner ad campaign for ActiveCampaign's new CRM mobile app.
The primary goal was to get existing clients to download the app, so the strategy became clear to me: We don't have to sell the benefits of the CRM, we have to sell the functionality of the mobile CRM tool.
I focused the content of the web page on the tasks that customers could complete on their phone that they were already familiar with. The end product was a page that showcased the use cases of the app and how it could benefit small business owners who are often on the go.
